Can I return a product?
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Some items may be final sale and are not eligible for return.
Do you have a product guarantee?
Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products . If your items arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship in the United States only. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
What's the turnaround time?
Orders are typically processed within 2- 5 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
